I tried making some T5 characters. They all have the same birthday and it looks like Mr Barns is the pilot/navigator/medic/cook.
Mr Taylor is security and does the trading and is the only high school graduate.
Mr Hill is an extremely tough fighter that also knows about robots and fighting animals.
I find it amusing that the Citizen is the best fighter.
