Replaced by new version. 

Modify tool for scaling and stretching selected geometry.

Scale operation can be restricted to 1D,2D or 3D(no restriction)

Using:    Snapping & UCS

Scale parameters:

• Scale Mode:      1D,2D or 3D scaling.

• Factor:               scaling factor (ratio between Scale Distance and Full Distance).

• Scale Distance: final distance after scale

• Full Distance:    original distance before scale
