The Divide tool is designed to divide selected geometry into equal parts. In the current version, it is capable of dividing only lines and curve segments in NURBS objects.
The tool operates in two primary modes: dividing by a fixed number of segments or dividing based on a specific length for each segment.

Modes:
Count: Divides the selected edge or segment into a fixed number of divisions, as defined by the Count parameter.
Distance: The number of divisions is calculated based on a specified Distance parameter. The tool automatically determines the optimal number of divisions to fit the defined distance, recalculating it separately for each segment or edge.
Connect Mode: This is a special mode available only in Edges selection mode. In this mode, selected edges are first divided, and then the ends of all divided pieces are connected in the order of the original selection.
