It shows you how to rate yourself, track progress visually, and use the Coaching and Progress Review tabs to set goals and prepare for discussions. The Coaching and Skills Tracker is designed to support your growth, keep you focused, and help you take ownership of your learning.
When developing your portfolios of work, you should use the Coaching and Skills Tracker to identify areas you want to develop your skills.
