As the campus transitions to Slate this summer, the TLC will continue to offer e-mail and calling options to ensure students have easy access to tutoring, and our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
Finally, Caitlyn and I will be happy to visit any on-ground or virtual classes to speak with your students about our tutoring services.

LockDown Browser Requirements and Information
(from Glenna Winters, Instructional Dev Specialist)
Information and Faculty Requirements for using Respondus Lockdown Browser and/or Respondus Monitor
(Here is a video of the information and processes below for the faculty who are visual learners: Respondus LockDown Browser: Faculty Information and Requirements)
Information you need to be aware of if you are using the Respondus Lockdown Browser for your assessments
The LockDown Browser is installed in all Columbia State Computer Labs.
If you are using Respondus Monitor (the proctoring option), students will need to download Lockdown Browser.
If you are using Respondus Monitor (the proctoring option), the student should not be in a lab environment.
Students should be the only person in the room, or the monitoring program will pick up movement/sound of other people.
If the student is using a personal computer, they will need to download the browser before they take an assessment.
You must provide students with the option to download the browser if they have not yet installed the browser on their personal computers or if they have uninstalled the browser.
Students only need to install it once.
Requirement: Create a Quiz for Students to Download the LockDown Browser Throughout the Semester
Follow these instructions if you are using the Respondus LockDown Browser.
