Our group decided that the space on the first floor is used very well for its purpose. With that in mind, we feel there is no need for any “Structural” remodels. The remodeling on this floor will focus on the aesthetic of the area.
Currently, the space feels very broken up from room to room. Our group believes that changing variables such as light fixtures, flooring, and paint are sufficient to make this a cohesive space.
