We emailed the following documents to the French Consulate in London on 31/08/2020.
The main letter which covered the issues of income, insurance and the interview process, suggesting the process could be streamlined for second home owner who already have a fiscal relationship with France. The document is here
The survey results which analysed the travel intentions of second home owners in 2021, the value of their current home (€183,000) and when they first owned a home in France. 50% of respondents have owned a house for more than ten years. The document is here

TLS provides the contact point between the French Consulate and visa applicants. We understand that all decisions about success or failure of an application are taken by consular officials.
We sent a hardcopy of the documents to the consulate (letter, survey, bio) and a specific letter to TLS (link is here). They were received on 03/09/2020.
