Early Warning System

For secondary school there has been a Early Warning System to help monitor students in Aeries Analytics.

The information monitored includes

• Current Grades in Gradebook
• Credit Deficiencies (HS Only)
• Low Level Referral Data
• Office Discipline Referral Data
• Suspensions
• Absences (Both Truancy and Chronic)
• LCAP Focus Groups

To view students with highest point total

Aeries Analytics -> Analytics Dashboard -> Scroll to "Shared Dashboards" -> Select "Early Warning Indicators"

This list can be downloaded as an Excel document by clicking on the square on the top right hand corner of the Analytics Dashboard window.

To view a student's driving numbers

Aeries Analytics -> Student Indicator Details

To see what exactly is driving the numbers; simply un-check “Show LCAP” and select “Only show Early Warning Indicators”
