Eagle Peak is recognizing the first period class with the best attendance. They have the "Golden Skate" as students "Skate their way to success where the class with the highest overall percentage for the week wins the "Golden Skate."

How to Pull Weekly Attendance

To check which of your classes has the highest Attendance Percentage

Download the correct calculation excel file for your site depending upon if you are secondary or elementary or mixed.
- Elementary Schools
- Secondary Schools
Run the "canned" Aeries Report as an "XLS" file
- Elementary School - "Weekly Attendance Report by Teacher"
- Secondary School - "Weekly Attendance Report by Class" filter by teacher
Copy and paste the entire report into the Excel File Tab titles "Paste Weekly Attendance Report" in cell A1.
Select the "Results" page to see which class won the week.
