Aeries Data for Meetings

Purpose:

When having team meetings it is important to have current data to present. Aeries has the capability to pull this information with the correct Queries and manipulation.

How to:

1. Download and open Excel File titled "Discipline Data"
2. Run Query in Aeries:
   • For Discipline: LIST ADS DT CD SC GR RS LCN DS CT STU STU.EC RC1 SX LF PGM CD STU GP IF ADS.DT > 9/1/2017 AND ADS.DT < 9/30/2017
3. Be sure to change the dates to the dates you need and export results to Excel.
4. In the excel file delete any data on the tab “Copied Query”
5. Copy the query you ran and past it into the tab “Copied Query” on the Intervention Data file
6. Open the "Select School" tab and use the select the school you are running the report for
7. Print your report, go to File -> Print -> Settings -> Print Entire Workbook -> (For elementary set pages 1-4, for Secondary set pages 1-5) -> Click Print
