The Master of Architecture (Offshore Course) is a pioneering hybrid architectural education model for post-graduate studies. By adopting a weekend-only course model and the Office-as-Studio concept for working students, students gain exposure to practical industrial standards while exploring advanced theories in architecture. Practicing professional architects are invited as semester-long guest lecturers to balance the students' architectural education. UTM's Master of Architecture course an exploration of three major design pre-thesis studios across Socio-Culture, Urbanism, and Sustainable Technologies, culminating in a comprehensive Design Thesis and Dissertation project, for which they will be judged for technical and theoretical competencies appropriate for a LAM Part II graduate architect.

UTM's Master of Architecture (Offshore Programme) course conducts three major design pre-thesis studios across Socio-Culture, Urbanism, and Sustainable Technologies; and follows the curriculum of mainstream programme. In the final semester, a comprehensive Design Thesis and Dissertation project of the students' chosen genre is assessed for its technical and theoretical competencies; appropriate for LAM Part II graduate architect.
Student's work contains all the three major design pre-thesis studios across Socio-Culture, Urbanism, Sustainable Technologies; and final semester Design Thesis. Compilation of works such as final presentation boards, manuscripts and other related documents presented in each student's pages.
