For this project each group is researching a certain topic regarding the prairie. Our specific topic was to find “Would temperature We researched for three days collecting data about our topic.

We took measurements of different plots temperature and a control for the temperature of the land outside the prairie and how it differs from the plots.

The prairie is a beautiful place, but have you ever wondered the temperature of the soil. Different plants may affect the overall environment of the things around it causing different plots to have different temperatures. Although we were able to disprove that temperature changes substantially for each plot we did find that temperature varied most when plots had different plants in them.
