Background info
My group wanted to figure out if bugs prefer grasses and forbs or normal grasses. To collect out data my group put sticky traps that kind of looked like cheese on the outside part of tall grasses in 4 different plots. Plots are different environments. Traps were placed low in the grasses. We did not only count certain types of bugs, any bug that was in the sticky trap counted towards our data . Free state High School Praire Lawernce Kansas.
Relevant Pictures
We collected our data using bugs.
We used sticky traps to see the amount of bugs in the area.
Some of the traps we placed where in the outside parts of tall grasses.
Reasoning
The conclusion is that bugs prefer grasses over grasses and forbs. The average number of bugs in grasses is about 55. The average number of bugs in grasses and forbs is about 45. Plot 12 had the least amount of bugs on average at 13 bugs. Plot 13 had the most bugs on average with an average of 30. Plot 1 had an average 22 bugs and 6 had an average of 25.

Evidence
How we Collected our data for this project. We spent Day 1 placing 1 sticky trap on north and south on plots 1 and 13 at ground level. Then Day 2 we collected our data from plots 1 and 13. Then placed sticky traps in Plot 6 and 12 on the north and south sides at ground level. On Day 3 we collected all data but lost Southside for 12. Then we counted all of the bugs and wrote all the data in google sheets and made graphs as seen above. Plot 1 is plot type Grasses and forbs. Plot 6 is plot type seeded grasses only. Plot 12 is plot type grasses and forbs. Plot 13 is plot type seeded grasses only.
Errors: Losing a sticky trap for Southside 1

Discussion
We had no replicates. We had one error in this project and the error was that we lost one of the traps from one of the plots.Additional things you will need to know to answer this question is to know what the plot types are. Another thing you will need to know is where they are. You will have to know how many traps to put down. You will also need to know where to place the traps and when to get them. You will need to know which trap is from which plot.
