These Cowley Community College Tech programs are available to students tuition free, but there will be some fees, depending on the program. Please stop by the CHS Counselors Office to pick up a 2026-2027 application.

The purpose of attending one of the Cowley College Tech programs is to acquire a skill leading to employment. Students will pay costs including textbooks, tools, and transportation to and from the Cowley campuses. Students wishing to apply to attend one of these programs must meet the following criteria:
1. A good attendance record at Clearwater High School.
2. Minimum of 2.0 GPA.
3. Be on target with graduation requirements. Students will take courses at Clearwater High School and also at Cowley. Students will also receive CHS credit for classes completed at Cowley.
4. Students enrolling in Welding must have completed two semesters of welding at Clearwater High School.
5. A parent must attend a mandatory informational meeting held at CHS in the spring.
6. Students must have an appropriate reading level on the Compass, ACT, or Accuplacer test.
