Session Description
One of the most important methods to improve future performance is to learn from one's present performance. While there is no doubt about the effectiveness of feedback at improving performance, the exact methods to implement such processes in medicine are unknown. This session will discuss a project aimed at identifying key strategic and tactical aspects of improving professional performance through feedback through learning from other professions, such as aviation, sports, music and business.
