Most of us know that physical activity is good for you. So what is getting in the way of you getting more physical activity?

2. Do an ACTIVITY to figure out the benefits YOU want from physical activity and the barriers YOU face to being physically active.

3. APPLY problem solving tools to break down a physical activity barrier and make a plan to get more physical activity in YOUR life.
