In this Health unit, students will learn about and discuss healthy eating and how that affects themselves and others. Students will need a parent or other helper to guide them through these activities and help them discuss the reflection questions.
The focus for these activities is web based learning.

Create a T-Chart with the headings of Healthy Food and Not Healthy Food and fill in the chart with all your favourite snacks.
Health Canada - Create your own personal Food Guide . Click on Create My own food guide and make your choices.
You will be able to print out a copy of a personal food guide when you are done. Use this to plan your menu!
