The Periodic Progress Report is how we assess the competence of residents as they progress through their training. Residents are given the opportunity to reflect and demonstrate informed/guided self-assessment. The Advisor Report is then completed and submitted electronically after a face-to-face meeting between the faculty advisor and the resident. The intent is to discuss progress and develop a learning plan supporting the resident's progress towards competence. The expectation is that the resident is intimately involved with their learning plan.
This report is a five (5) step process where 2 steps are required by the resident

Residents are responsible for arranging a meeting with the Faculty Advisor
Reports are due: October 31, February 28 and June 30
