METHOD OF EVALUATION
Students will be evaluated by an open book final examination (3 hours) worth 100% of the final grade.
(Note: Open book means that students can utilize class notes and other downloaded materials but students will NOT be allowed to access the internet during the exam).
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course examines the basic principles of insurance law, focusing on the application of these principles in the context of property insurance, automobile insurance and life insurance contracts in Alberta.
