Finding your voice!
Adolescence is a time when many young people struggle with issues of independence, trust, freedom, and responsibility. It is also a time when life centers around peer groups and mutual relationships. The materials in this part of the project will support and challenge you in your efforts to define your own identity and your relationship to society as a whole.
You will begin this part of your project by reflecting on your own choices and circumstances to better understand yourselves and your experiences.

Hey Everyone!
We are excited to start a new project with you guys that we have been planning this past week; we have decided to focus on the common theme of identity. However in order to transition to a fresh start after April break, we will spend some time this week continuing to setting up routines with you and will have some regular work. Hopefully you noticed the new calendar that we emailed out to you and your parents. That will be the new format for letting you know what is happening in school each week. Additionally we will still be creating agendas on our sites and detailing work here as well! Lastly we will also continue to place all of your assignments into the team Google Calendar. I hope all are doing well. I'd love to see more of you pop into my open office hours!
Take care, JB

I'm asking you to read and respond to one Newsela and One Cnn 10. Both are due by FRIDAY APRIL 10TH at 2:35. I hope you're all doing well! Miss you guys!
