Get your annual preventive exam easily from home at no extra cost. Eligible HealthSelect participants aged 18+ can order a home kit for lab-accurate tests, then schedule a video visit with a nurse practitioner. Get personalized results, a health report, and a plan to help you stay on top of your wellness!
This informational training introduces the concept of intuitive eating—a mindful approach that helps individuals build a healthy, balanced relationship with food. Participants will learn how intuitive eating differs from traditional dieting by encouraging peace with all types of food and removing the labels of “good” or “bad.” The session will explore how to listen to the body’s natural hunger and fullness cues, as well as how to shift focus away from weight goals toward overall physical and mental well-being.
