Notification of Nondiscrimination

 

Texas State Technical College (TSTC) offers associate degrees and certificates in a wide range of high-demand technical fields such as aviation, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, and skilled trades. The college follows an open admissions policy requiring an application, proof of high school completion (or equivalent), and placement testing, though certain programs such as healthcare and pilot training, have additional requirements like background checks, medical clearances, or aptitude tests to meet industry standards. Admission criteria and program expectations apply equally to all applicants, supporting TSTC’s commitment to fair and nondiscriminatory access. In accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, TSTC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs or activities.
