Student services using the internet

Use of the following services requires an integrated password and Toyo email address. The integrated password is the one you registered by yourself through the online admission procedure system. Your Toyo e-mail address is described in the integrated account information notified by the email stating the completion of registration.


The "Toyo University Official Application" is a web service for obtaining information necessary for student life. It can be installed as an application on your smartphone or used on your PC browser.

In the event of a disaster, emergency contact and safety confirmation will also be made through this service, so please be sure to download the application.

You can find the download link and detailed functional introduction about the application from the "Toyo University Official App" website.

You can register for courses and check your grades on the ToyoNet-G system.

Toyo University allocates a dedicated email address(Gmail account) to each student to facilitate educational communication between faculty members and students.

As a supplement to the class, students can check handouts and announcements from their instructors during classes, and submit class assignments online.
