What is Mental Health and Well-Being?

Taking time to take care of ourselves will help us to deal with everyday stressors and to feel happier in our daily lives.  Taking care of ourselves and children includes getting enough sleep, and spending time playing and participating in leisure activities.  Helping children prepare for transitions and teaching them to take deep breaths will help them to deal with new situations.
