What are Activities of Daily Living?

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) are the routine activities people do every day . These activities are the basic skills required for independent self care. ADLs include eating, drinking, feeding, washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, eliminating, toileting and mobilizing.
