Dressing

Dressing

Learning to get dressed is an important self-care skill. It is part of a child's daily routine. Sometimes children get dressed and undressed several times in a day including upon waking, going to school, during school when going from indoor clothes to outdoor clothes in colder weather, returning home and going to bed.  There are many steps in getting dressed and undressed. By breaking down the steps, children can build independence by mastering one step at a time.
