What Happens After High School?

There are many life changes for young adults upon leaving high school. Families must navigate a new world of adult supports and services to fit their needs. Therefore, it is important to start thinking about options and choices for this transition early on and to communicate and collaborate on a transition plan with a support network and school team. Ongoing frequent reviews and updates to this plan will aid in a successful transition.
