Our aspiration for educators' collaboration is to be together within difference rather than together with indifference. In this presentation we use the acronym - CPR- to explore educators' relational practice in higher education. Wanting to "breathe life" into our engagement with this important practice, we sought to make explicit what we often take for granted in order that we examine it and transform our educational practice. The context is an Australian regional university.
