In recent years, Western "postmodern social constructivism" represented by Kenneth J. Gergen's "relational being" has gradually changed people’s understanding of educational leadership behavior. Educational leadership behavior is increasingly regarded as a kind of "dancing" between leaders and the led, and the research on educational leadership has gradually changed from the long-term focus on the "educational leaders" at the top of power to the "dancing together educational cooperation leadership mechanism".
Li Hua is a PhD student majoring in Educational Leadership and Management at School of Educational Science in Nanjing Normal University. Her research direction is Comparative Educational Management, mainly Educational Leadership Theory and Principal Evaluation in foreign countries.
