The Challenges of Relational Based
Learning in a Virtual World

Based on my own experience, informal conversations and interviews with teachers I will go through the different challenges that virtual learning brought to relational based learning. I will also explore the learning outcomes for the community and how can we move forward to build a different school, one that is able to adapt.
About Tamara: I was raised in the Jewish community of Mexico City where I learned to belong through formal and informal learning experiences. I started teaching my peers from a young age and never stopped. I have studied in 6 different countries where I got a BA on educational Sciences, an MA on Lifelong Learning: Policy and Management. Now, I am finishing my PhD research on Relational School Management. Currently, working as a Consultant in education at a Jewish day school. tamrichlon@gmail.com
