In the context of high-quality development of education, this video shares the study which combines the endogenous development of moral leadership with school culture through a vision of relational being. In view of the obstacles faced by the endogenous development of school culture, this video points out three transformational paths in order to make moral leadership become a practical driving force for the endogenous development of school culture.
