While relational theory may be relatively new to the collaboration between professionals, this study demonstrated that relational orientation is already valued by experienced practitioners. What is missing is a shift in focus to engage with those practices more strategically. I am a Croatian New Zealander working with the Ministry of Education, national specialist service support team. My background is in educational psychology supporting learners with additional needs. I am most interested in ways relational orientation in practice can support positive school and community culture and engage all educational staff in joint efforts towards social inclusion and cohesion. vasilicbranka6@gmail.com
