Systemic Organizational Model to Apply
We come to present the results of a successful implementation of a systemic model, where a smooth transition from a hierarchical and competition to a collaborative management model where the implementation of values from the new Political Pedagogical Project of Opção School - Uberaba, MG, Brazil was applied. From this process, it was possible to observe greater commitment from employees and teachers, as well as a greater sense of belonging to an organism.
Mariana Mattos is a student of master’s degree in Communications and Management of Creative Industries (Porto University, Portugal). She is a journalist, specialized in Organizational Communications and Systemic Psychotherapist. Already in 2004, she was Public Relations and researched about new methodologies.
