Signing into the RingCentral App

Signing into the RingCentral App:

1. Launch the RingCentral app on your computer

OR

Navigate to https://app.ringcentral.com.

When you sign in to the RingCentral web portal You will be prompted to download the RingCentral app or you can choose to continue to the web version of the RingCentral app

2. Click Sign in on the initial page.

3. Select the Single Sign-on option.

4. Enter your Taft Gmail address and click Submit.

For the RingCentral App: You will need to confirm your address for emergency calls 

The first time you sign into the RingCentral App, you will be prompted to confirm your address.  Be sure to follow the prompts; if you don't provide an emergency address, you will be limited to making calls to extensions within RingCentral.
