Change Voicemail PIN

You can change your RingCentral voicemail PIN code from the RingCentral Desktop and Web app.

1. Go to Settings > Phone > Voicemail Settings > Voicemail PIN

2. Enter a new PIN code, it must be 6 - 10 digits.

You can also change your voicemail PIN from your phone.

1. Press the voicemail button on your phone.

2. Enter your current PIN code and the press pound (#).

3. Press 2 for Account Administration.

4. Press 3 to change your PIN.

5. Follow the prompts.
