Manage Call Queue

Call queues are groups of users or extensions that receive queued calls, which can be answered by the next available group member.

Call Queue Voicemail Instructions:


Call Queue voicemail messages with be sent to the designated email address.


To check your call queue voicemail messages from your office telephone:

1. Dial the call queue extension number (ex. 7990)

2. When it rings, immediately press * (star).

3. Enter the call queue pin code. If you need to change your call queue pin code please contact the Taft IT Office.
