Checking Voicemail

From Your Phone:

1. Press the Voicemail button.

2. Enter your RingCentral voicemail pin code and then press pound (#).

3. To Listen to your messages, press 1.

• To repeat the message press 1

• To save the message press 2

• To erase the message press 3

• To return the call press 4

• To forward the message to an extension press 5

• To skip the message press 6

• To exit messages review press the star key (*)

Your voicemail messages will be delivered to your Taft Gmail. You can also check your voicemail messages from the RingCentral Desktop app, Web app, or the Mobile app.

From off-campus:

You can check you voicemails using your mobile phone or landline phone (non-RingCentral phone) by following the steps below.

1. Dial your direct office telephone number (for example: 860-945-7906).

2. As soon as you hear it start to ring, press the star key (*).

3. Enter your RingCentral voicemail pin code and then press pound (#).

4. Listen to the prompt for instructions or press One (1) to listen to your messages.
