Program Planning

Creating and following a lesson plan helps to organize the lesson and to make sure you are hitting all the components of the lesson. A school counselor needs to focus on different topics that fall under college and career readiness, social and emotional and academics. Lessons can be modified to fit the appropriate grade level. The above artifact is an example of a lesson on Bullying for grades 4th-6th grade. I use the lesson planbook called Common Curriculum.
