Assess

I have found giving surveys, needs assessments and feedback forms to the staff and students are very helpful to know my strengths and areas that need improvement. I can gather the data and make changes or keep utilizing what is working. Throughout the school year our district has us keep track of our statistics so we can be aware of where our time is being consumed. It is also a valuable tool for the staff to see as well. Assessment is a valuable tool that will help to continue my growth as a school counselor and my school counseling program.
