Program Focus

A school counseling program works to identify the needs of the students and teaches them how to have the ability to do something efficiently and successfully. Students will focus on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors that contribute to individual and organizational performance. They will acquire this through their experiences, studying and through investigation. As a school counselor it is crucial to analyze the data to be able to focus and make a plan to improve on those needed areas and to understand the strengths. I will continue to collaborate with other professionals to gain knowledge of what the focuses are and how I can help.
