Title: Pizza Monster Pool Party

Statement:

This piece is called Pizza Monster Pool Party. I was given the prompt to draw a monster with hot dog body, french fry arms, and a pizza head. I used graphite to sketch out the image onto regular white sketch paper. I then filled it in with colored pencil. I chose to put a ketchup container next to the monster to give perspective and a story to the image. In the background I softly sketched palm trees and a blue sky. The next steps for this piece could be giving it more depth and contrast with darker pencil or even marker.
