The main idea that guided my artwork was the photo that I took of the hallway walking out of school. This photo was the main thing of my project. Our teacher gave us this prompt and we could pick any hallway in the school to re-create in a drawing.

For this project I used printmaking paper, graphite pencils mostly 2H,2B and 4B and then for the red hearts I used a red sharpie. One of the most useful tools that I used was my ruler to connect everything to my vantage point and use vertical and horizontal lines.

It all started in class when we got our prompt in class, then I went out in the hallway and took a picture of the hallway I wanted. I did practice a little bit on a scrape piece of paper so I could get the doors and lines the way I wanted them. this project was probably the trickiest project i've had to do for art class this year so I did research a little bit and watch multiple videos on youtube for more reference.
