Artist Statement: Through this piece of artwork I was trying to get the message out about organ donation. I'm submitting this project to Donate Life competition. For this artwork I decided to try something new and use colored pencil on Bristol board. At first I had no ideas for this project and was stressing about it. Then I came up with the idea about drawing a sunset and came up with the saying.
