This drawing is of a fly with glasses a cape and lots of bling. I chose to make a fly with glasses a cape and lots of bling because we picked cards and that was what was on my card but I didn't have a certain design that I had to draw or certain materials, but I had to think of what it would look like and then draw it.

I made my drawing out of regular pencils, colored pencils, and some sharpies. I used a reference picture of a fly to draw the fly. For the other parts of the fly like the cape I just made up how it would look. I also tried to picture what a fly would look like with lots of bling.

I used sharpies to make the cape look like it had bling, and on his wings I used them to look like gems on his wings.The cape I tried to make it look like the wings were poking out of the cape. I used colored pencils to look like he had chains on his neck. My project evolved from when I first drew it the fly didn’t really look like it had bling so once I added color it looked more like there was bling. My next steps could be to make a background and if I did this again I would make the fly bigger because it looks really tiny on the paper.
