Video Game Club

What is Video Game Club?

Video Game Club is a place for socializing and friendly compaction, to make new friends and meet more people. To be exposed to new kinds of games you may have not played before and develop your interests. A place for people to relax and unwind from a stressful day or week. Something for people to look forward to as it some a place where people can do things they enjoy with other people they may not see much of.

Important information regarding Video Game Club:

Video game club is a very unstructured club, we do set up a game or two on a console to play each week but there is nothing stopping you from playing games on your laptop or on a handheld console separate from what we have set up. As a rule all games played at the club whether as a group run by the club, by a group of friends or by someone on their own MUST be school appropriate, anything that is questionable has to be vetted by the school first before anyone can play it.

In general:

Masks are optional if you feel uncomfortable about people not wearing masks or feel worried you might be alone in wearing a mask you can reach out to the student emails below and we can figure something out!

If there is concern about controllers not working well and other accessibility related concerns please also reach out to Gavin or Oscar we can figure something out for you! You may also want to contact us to check on what we are playing for the week so you bring the correct controller. We currently have played games on the Wii U, Nintendo switch and Xbox 360.
