What is the National Honor Society? (NHS)
NHS is a national organization dedicated to creating enthusiasm for scholarship, stimulating a desire to render service, promoting leadership, and developing character in the students of secondary schools. Members are active leaders in the school community who show a commitment to community service from volunteering at NHS events as well as on their own time. All members are expected to participate in a minimum of 20 hours of community service every school semester.

"Every year, the NHS chapter's members have collectively contributed over 2000 hours of service to the school and community. From working the concessions stand to the Turkey Trot to student tutoring, NHS has contributed a great deal to the Westborough community."
