Club fundraising is handled by each club with the assistance of the advisors. The exception to this would be if any of the club fundraising efforts involve companies coming on to campus. If clubs are looking to do fundraising where outside vendors come to WHS, that type of fundraising effort would need to be approved by WHS Administration. To get this approved, the club representative can email the club coordinator, Mrs. McDermott, with their request and she will work with Admin to get approval. The club accounts all reside in the Student Activity Account and balances can be given to the club advisor upon request. A club representative can also email the club coordinator requesting deposit slips and payment requests slips. It is important for clubs to track the names of the students participating in fundraisers and how much and if payment was made.
