The Senior High School Office of Student Activities, headed by the Student Activities Coordinator (StAC), is in charge of developing, executing, monitoring, and evaluating the Student Activities Program. The Student Activities Program of the ASHS provides direction to and oversees the effective functioning of the various co-curricular activities of the school.
These include all programs and activities of the entire Sanggunian and its councils.
The Assistant Principal for Formation (APFor) exercises general supervision over the non-academic programs of the school. These include programs for discipline, homeroom, guidance, student activities, as well as programs related to the development of students’ spirituality, character, leadership, and social concern.
The OSA is supervised by the Office of the Assistant Principal for Formation (OAPFor). The scope of the aforementioned office aligns with the objective of the OSA, which is to provide direction and oversee the various co-curricular activities in the ASHS—as such includes various opportunities for the formation of one’s skills, hobbies, talents, and love for service and the community.
The Office of Student Activities develops its student body by providing a medium of communication between the students of the Ateneo de Manila Senior High School and its administration. Alongside the Sanggu - SHS, it champions the rights of the students inside and outside the school premises and has the power to approve and support projects or activities aimed at the development of the student body.
The Office of Student Activities is a platform that aims to catalyze positive social change and involvement within the student body grounded in the principles of the 5Cs, sustainability, diversity, and nation-building. It is a means to get students involved in various activities concerning their personal development, the school community, and the country.
Engages with ethical and sustainable practices that ensure the productivity of organizations and councils and maintains the qualities that are valued in the physical environment.
Promotes nationalism and provides avenues for positive social impact through student activities that raise awareness and participation regarding social issues.
Acts as vessels of social interaction and unity amongst all. Provides programs that allow inclusivity which encompasses race, gender, ethnic group, age, social class, etc.
The Student Activities Coordinator (StAC) heads the Office of Student Activities (OSA) and thus oversees all its affairs. All projects and programs under the OSA must be approved by the StAC for these to be carried out.
The StAC provides counsel to the members of the Executive Council and the Office of the President to ensure that the mentioned parties are able to fulfill their roles as servant-leaders of the ASHS.
The Office of Student Activities (OSA) Secretary is responsible for the management of the OSA’s finances as well as executing the logistical aspects of all OSA-wide affairs. This includes communicating with external partners and suppliers, as well as other offices inside the ASHS.
In addition, the OSA Secretary oversees the use of all OSA properties.
The physical copies of A14 (Material Acknowledgement and Return Slip), ITC Service Request Form, and PA System Request Form are all available through the OSA Secretary.
The Assembly of Class Officers (ACO) Moderator is responsible for supervising the assembly, alongside the ACO Vice President. They give counsel and advice to the assembly if needed.
All projects and A01s of the ACO must have the approval of the ACO Moderator before the final approval of the Student Activities Coordinator (StAC).
The Athletes’ Council (AthC) Moderator is responsible for supervising the AthC, alongside the AthC Vice President. They give counsel and advice to the council if needed.
The Council of Student Committees (CSC) Moderator is responsible for supervising the CSC, alongside the CSC Vice President. They give counsel and advice to the council if needed.
All projects and A01s of the AthC and CSC must have the approval of the AthC and CSC Moderator before the final approval of the Student Activities Coordinator (StAC).
The Council of Student Organizations (CSO) Moderator is responsible for supervising the CSO, alongside the CSO Vice President. They give counsel and advice to the council if needed.

DEAR SANGGU: Sanggunian Correspondence Form (SCF) is the front desk of the ASHS Sanggunian to communicate and correspond on all matters related within and outside the ASHS Sanggunian.
Through this Google Form, we aim to create a direct, secure, and reliable avenue for students to share their concerns, suggestions, and feedback to the different councils, organizations, and teams under the ASHS Sanggunian and the ASHS Administration.
