Council of Student Organizations (CSO)
The Council of Student Organizations (CSO) is a council of thirty-six (36) organizations that cover a variety of fields. These are subdivided into nine (9) districts that promote a vibrant organization life in the Ateneo Senior High School. It shares the vision of the Office of Student Activities (OSA) in developing Ateneans who are excellent Filipino and Christian student-leaders imbued with the 5Cs.
The Council of Student Organizations aims to develop high quality organizations by aiding them to be collaborative, effective, and sustainable through empowering the vision and endeavors of the organizations. It provides support and assistance to the project implementation of the organizations as they bridge them to the offices of the Ateneo Senior High School.
The Council of Student Organizations envisions itself as a community of globally competent, open-minded, and collaborative student organizations, united in forming students to become excellent Filipino and Christian leaders who are able to create sustainable programs for nation building.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, students will have an org session that allows for them to participate in curated activities which aim to further hone their skills that cultivate a deeper sense of appreciation and passion for their interests. It serves as an opportunity for them to unwind from academics and foster genuine bonds with orgmates.

The Council Manual outlines the responsibilities of all positions under the department. In addition, it serves as a guide for procedures and operations conducted by the council.
The Centralized Submissions Form (CSF) is where all Project Proposal Forms (A01s) are submitted. Through this, organizations can pass projects they wish to implement and check on its approval status before proceeding to its execution.
The Centralized Human Resources Form (CHRF) contains various resources that enable students to submit inquiries and feedback, schedule consultations, and overall, tackle personal matters. It serves as an avenue where members can and directly communicate their concerns to the CSO core so that it may be resolved promptly.
Attendance is recorded every org session through a physical attendance sheet that all present members are asked to sign. In the case of absence, members are asked to submit their excuse letter through the absence forms.
Absences are categorized as either unexcused or excused. Members who miss an organization session are required to submit an excuse letter via the CSO Absence Form no later than one day after their absence. The secretariat will then verify the submission to determine whether the absence is classified as excused or unexcused.
Members who are absent from an organization session must submit an excuse letter through the A07-01, CSO Absence Form within at most, one day after their session. Absences are categorized into three types: Pink Slips for full-day absences, Permit to Leave the Campus Early for students present during academic hours but absent from the session, and instances where members remain on campus but miss the session.

Mode of submission: ONSITE (To be submitted to the OSA Secretary/Executive Secretary alongside an A11 (Off-Campus Checklist) and an A12 (Manifest Form).

Mode of submission: ONSITE (To be submitted to the OSA Secretary/Executive Secretary alongside an A03 (Transportation Request Form) if applicable and an A12 (Manifest Form).
Form to be accomplished by all participants before leaving the school premises for off-campus activities and upon return.
Mode of submission: ONSITE (To be submitted to the OSA Secretary/Executive Secretary alongside an A03 (Transportation Request Form) if applicable and an A12 (Manifest Form).
Slip to be accomplished when borrowing materials/resources of any sort from the OSA inventory. The A14 is used in the borrowing of panel boards.
