The Math and Applied Sciences District features organizations that shall foster a deeper understanding of the world through mathematics and applied sciences, including the facilitation of career development in the disciplines associated with the district, by providing opportunities for its members to proactively explore and learn the concepts and skills within the field.

The ASHS Programming Varsity focuses on teaching students programming techniques and training for algorithmic programming contests. The organization uses computers as a tool for problem-solving rather than general tech appreciation. Members learn standard algorithms and their application to various problems. The organization's goal is to elevate the programming capabilities of the ASHS by producing competent programmers unafraid of difficult challenges.

The organization is dedicated to the further understanding of the field of psychology for the good of the community and, to a greater extent, the nation. The organization is aimed at creating a community composed of Ateneo Senior High School (ASHS) students that want to be familiarized with the different nuances, challenges, and concepts in the field of psychology so that they may further their shared interest in this topic. While not being a direct descendant of the Ateneo Psyche in the LS, it will serve as a way for the Ateneo Psyche to also allow senior high school students to see what may be in store for them if they wish to continue along this path.
